Starbucks - Las Vegas Strip

Standard Starbucks coffee, but some of the unfriendlest people working there ever at a Starbucks.

As most people, I've been to countless Starbucks around the country, so I rarely find a reason to review them. However, this location definitely stands out for all the right reasons.Located in the Skye Canyon center, it's definitely a popular spot for locals, especially as you can swing by after grocery shopping at Smith's (which is what I did . The parking lot is definitely very busy, however there is plenty of parking in front and if that is full, there is always the Smith's parking lot.This location has a large lobby and plenty of seating. There is a large table in the middle and power outlets at every seat (thank you!! , which is perfect for a coffee meeting with a client or to work remotely. I had some work to catch up on, so I took advantage of the relatively quiet atmosphere (compared to most Starbucks . The lobby is very clean and the noise level is lower than most Starbucks, likely because it is a larger space.Overall I've lost my love for Starbucks coffee over the years as I feel the quality and consistency has gone down overall. Today I opted for a tried and true Chai Latte with Almond Milk. It was perfectly hot and unlike many other coffee shops, their chai tastes spicy and not chemical! Crazy concept, right?!I ordered on the mobile app, so I didn't interact with the staff, however based on my observations while working from here, they seem happy and friendly.

This crew went above and beyond to make sure I felt appreciated as a costumer. They were at the end of their shift and they still made me feel welcomed and were all very sweet and exactly what I would like to see in costumer service if I was the owner of this establishment. It was my first time coming into the lobby to get some work done, but now it won't be my last! I had to make sure I got all of their names because this has to be the A-team!Thank you Huzaifa, Ren B, Kassandra, and Paladin!

This is a really great location, excellent speed service. Colton is the man, always has the best genuine customer service just so kind caring! My guy always will go the extra mile to make sure anyone he helps out is happy. Keep up the great work.
