Pancho's Kitchen - Las Vegas Strip

I'm from California but was visiting and found this spot, the menudo was amazing the tripe literally melted in my mouth so delicious. Will def be back n3xt visit.

First time there. It has just changed to new management and a slightly different menu, according to our server. He recommended the wet burrito after I explained what I was craving. It hit the spot! Sooo good that I saved the left overs and enjoyed it again the next day! He also gave us complimentary churros. Definitely check it out.

This place has a great atmosphere, great people, and awesome food. would recommend the Queso Birria, but they have a solid vegan menu too.

This restaurant service and food was absolutely delicious. It was our first visit but not our last. The service was great when we first entered the restaurant warm welcome and the food came out fresh and hot! The green salas and chips WHAT!!! They are so good; had to get some to go!

We stopped in for a last minute dinner here. It was so appreciated to have vegan options and a larger menu than many other Mexican restaurants with vegetarian options. There was cauliflower, mushrooms, soyrizo, potatos, zucchini etc for veggie filling options. They even have vegan cheese available. My husband enjoyed a variety of meat street tacos and I got some vegan enchiladas. Everything was seasoned well, the rice and beans were great too. They clearly care about making sure every part of the plate has enough spices. The hibiscus drink was really tasty and the vegan flan was amazing. I don’t know if I’ve ever been able to find a vegan flan, certainly not recently. They mentioned they’re under new management. Everyone was very kind and friendly and they went out of their way for us. I’ve had a lot of bland veggie Mexican food in the past and this was such a nice surprise.
