When John in slots left, great customer service went with him. The only one that would check and interact with his guests. He would make us guests feel welcome and make us laugh. Now you could feel the difference in the ambience, it's sooooooo boring without him and Mac. Please bring John back he was a loyal employee for many years. So now they have 4 people doing the job John was doing byhimse

Needs improved parking like most spots in Vegas, but when you can find it, at least it’s free

Just about 15 minutes away from the center (on foot! , this hotel is highly recomendable. The rooms are spacious and lovely. The AC is really good but honestly quite noisy. The parking lot is big. The swimming has two pools with a spa. The value for money goes through the roof.

Restaurant prices up dramatically from pre covid levels. House beer has gone from 2.50 to $5.50. Prime rib dinner has skyrocketed from $18.99 to $34.99 a 90% increase. I am not going to patronize Ellis any more nor recommend it.
