Bidrage med feedbackPre-ordered food online, and it took an extra half an hour than the time we set to get the food. When we tried to ask about the order, we were ignored three different times. Finally got the order after we got ahold of someone and then they finally made the drinks. I understand that it’s a busy store, but the communication with customers was a little frustrating.As for the food (excuse the half eaten bagel picture) it was pretty good, but the amount of cream cheese/avocado in the avocado was less than expected, especially compared to other bagel shops at the same price point.
Place was closing at 12noon due to slow day management orders even though they were supposed to close at 2
I walked in and initially could not tell where the line started and what people were waiting for their orders. I had to ask several people. There was not a line so I waited at the cash register for 5 minutes. There were 5 employees working, not one greeted me said I’ll be with you in a minute. Several walked past and didn’t even acknowledge I was there. I feel very disregarded as a customer and an angry that I wasted the time I did to stop here on my way to work and still didn’t end up with breakfast. The store was not so busy that I should have had to wait 5 minutes and still not been acknowledged. One girl even looked me in the face a few times and still did not say a thing to me or give me a smile or anything. I don’t know if they even knew if I was waiting to order or waiting on food. Get a manager in there fast. This place needs better management. Thankfully there is a Starbucks in same parking lot…. Thank you employees for loosing a customer and sending them to put more money in Starbucks pockets!Train your employees in customer service! I probably won’t re visit this place based of my experience. I was really looking forward to a local nox and coffee this morning!
They messed up my order but made up for it as best they could which is what you would want from any business that you don’t normally get. Thank you guys
Yesterday their ovens were broken so they were not able to properly serve people, I'm giving them 3 stars because that's not entirely their fault. Despite the situation they were serving what they could and had good attitudes.
