Einstein Bros. Bagels - Las Vegas Strip

I have been going to this location for over 20 years.It just gets better and better The Brisket breakfast sandwich is delicious.

Great customer service and atmosphere! Bagels, muffins and hash browns were delicious. Everything was ready fast and they paid attention to detail. Me new favorite location ?

Disgusting. I went there to get some bagel sandwiches for my family and the place was dirty. All the desks were dirty, you can see in the back boxes were thrown everywhere, everything looked unsanitary. So many things were out of stock and there were homeless people there just congregating. Pure chaos. The food was burnt and hard. The coffee was 98% cream and 2% coffee. I’ve always loved going to Einstein bros and have spent a lot of my hard earned cash in this business. Someone higher up needs to better manage this location and I WANT MY DAMN MONEY BACKSubmitted my complaint. Let’s see if this gets resolved.

Waited 20 minutes in store after calling 20 minutes prior. Just for them to grab a bag that was sitting behind the counter the entire time.
