Disappointed with the service, our food order took close to 30 minutes. For a bowl of spicy chicken with a side of fried rice. I don't understand why it took so long in the restaurant there was only one person before us ordering and another person already eating. I ask for a plate, and the cashier gave it to me with an upset attitude.

Just to let you know, all Teriyaki Madness aren't the same. This location Is superior to most. This crew should Teach other locations how to cook and Also, provide a better customer experience .Thanks, Nia, for your help care and concern in making sure We got the correct menu items
