Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

I've been to a lot of capriotti's around town. Tonight I eat the very best capastrami I've had yet. Fresh and well made. Ty

Not much to say about a sandwich as far as looks, but the food and service is fantastic!

Horrible sandwich. Ordered a Bobbie and basically got a cranberry sandwich. Very unhappy.

The absolute worst service. I ordered a salad and sandwich to go, when I got the order home I Iwas pulling out several pieces of rotten lettuce. So I called the store to ask for a refund. I was put on phone with a manager. She was very rude when she got on the phone. She did not address me with hello may I help you just hello! with a major attitude which in turn elevated the whole situation. When I told her what the problem was she immediately told me the lettuce is not rotten. I 'm looking right at the salad with rotten lettuce in it. She claimed she made the salad. Since she had such a bad attitude and would not accept responsibility for what a customer is telling her. I told her she needs to do a better job at paying attention to what she 's putting in a salad. She then proceeded to hang up on me to inconvenience me even more so of course I had to drive down to the store. When I get to the store the employee is telling me that she 's taking a short break and was not available. What a punk. I 've been to Capriottis before. The food is usually pretty good. That manager is horrible and unprofessional and incapable of taking responsibility. Why would waste my time trying to call about an issue that 's not true. She was working the night of Monday, March 4th.

The employees are very unprofessional and don’t look clean. They make very little effort to make the orders fast and the restaurant looks very dirty.
