Dear Hestia Restaurante. We would like to thank Hestia team, the main chef and the the two hostess for excellent service, excellent gastronomic food and for surprising moments during our Eros set menu experience, that one do not expect. Very pleasant and all in all very satisfactory! The restaurant atmosphere felt professional, calm and pleasant. The main chef execute his gastronomic cuisine very subtle with respect of local ingredients as well as inspiration from East and West. The wine paring was fantastic. Every little detail of the dishes were presented into a higher level; Simple yet sharp. Hestia is an understated place, a hidden gem, a diamond that needs to shine above the others! The restaurant was well organised with spacing and seating accordingly to covd19, respectively. The experience was above great and like therapy; How well you are treated, how great food can be presented, how great creation of one place can make you richer in many aspects. The two hostess were very attentive! The main chefs present was great! We send you warm wishes and hope to visit Hestia Restaurant again in nearest future. Thank you! Exceptional quality. The menu is not big but this is not a problem when the food is so good. I was at Las Palmas on a 12 day trip and out of a dozen visited restaurants this was the best.

Spectacular absolutely everything, from the service, going through the beautiful and cozy local and the environment, and finished with the most important. the wonderful menu.
