The sandwiches are consistently delicious and fresh. The staff is friendly, and they are always quick, making it a great place for a satisfying meal that won’t leave you feeling heavy.

The employees were quite rude. When I ordered my food to go, they forgot to put my sandwich in a bag, so I had to do it myself. Additionally, the girl preparing my sandwich was on the phone the entire time, even while making my order.

I placed my order in advance using the app since I had limited time to eat. I paid for my food upon arrival, but I noticed that three people who ordered after me received their meals before I could even inquire about my order. When I asked an employee for assistance, he simply said he didn't know and proceeded to fill other orders. I then requested to speak with a manager or someone who could provide me with information about my order. The manager eventually approached me and explained that they prioritize in-store orders over app or online orders. This made me question the purpose of ordering in advance if it doesn't guarantee timely service.

I have to eat Gluten-Free, and their Unwiches (wrapped in lettuce, not bread) are generous delicious...and most of all, don't cause a reaction for me. I just wish it was possible to sub extra meat in place of the cheese (that comes with my favorite sandwich) without there being an extra charge, especially since I have to omit the cheese that is included in the price.

Order just 8 min prior to closing with Door Dash app. Food was ready 1 min prior to closing. Definite time saver. Thanks for the service.
