Bidrage med feedbackBased on my experience, I wouldn't go back. My husband and I arrived at 8:45pm and were told they were only taking orders for 15 more minutes... but their hours are advertised open until 10pm. By the time we sat down and our waiter came over, we hurried to give him our orders just so he could tell us they weren't going to be fulfilling our food orders, except for the cheese curds we ordered and our beers.... Had to rush our check and beers to try and make it somewhere else we could actually eat at. They offer one IPA that was just okay the cheese curds were mostly just crumbs of fried breading.
The food is great, however the service is extremely slow. The seating area is not very large and I didn't see many people with food, so I am not sure what the hold up was, but when it did finally come out, it was fantastic. We got the chicken sandwich, the hummus plate and the fish and chips.
A nice variety of beers are available, as well as standard bar fare. Unlike many breweries in the southwest, a majority of their ales have low IBU, with complex flavors. The food is passable, the brews top notch.
The most memorable part of my drive from California to Texas is, without a doubt, stopping for some delicious food and finely crafted beer at Bosque. I absolutely love the vibes at this spot. The staff are super friendly and they always show my doggo as much hospitality as they do to me while I'm sneaking him bits of their heavenly poutine fries out on the patio.I had a spiritual moment here on my first visit. Was sitting on the patio as the sun was setting sipping on their delightful Riverwalker IPA, when Petite Biscuit Sunset Lover came on their speakers. Truly transcendental. Can't say I've had that experience at many other breweries.
Once, this used to be a good place to go have beer. The service has gone downhill, BIG TIME, as well as the beer selection. Going to go elsewhere.
