Bidrage med feedbackMy only transport form is a bike that has closed the lobby/dining area and I was rejected service about the ride thru. My fiancée and I got food for my brother, who recently had his motorcycle total and had broken his neck, back, 3 ribs and his leg, so he could not come out of the house to get food. So I went to McDonald 's to get him a big Mac and fries and was hungry and was told by the employee that he could wait for us because we were on bikes and that the manager would yell at him. Needless to say, I went naturally and was very dissatisfied with my experience.
My husband went through drive through at 8:30 on Friday November 28 ordered a Big Mac an quarter pounder deluxe and 2 large fries. Got home and found a double QP 2 small fries. Phoned the store after the discovery of the wrong order the man on the phone was extremely rude and short with me. Said bring in the receipt for the correct order. My husband returned to the restaurant inside) sane man helped him knew it because of the accent) was once again extremely rude, argued with my husband because he had not brought the food with him as he left it at home in his rush to get the correct order. After belittling my husband he finally gave him the order never once apologized or owned up to the fact that they?d made a mistake. Will never return and will share this experience.
On 11/11/2020 at 3:30pm Angel was so nice and provided excellent customer service, and I didn?t catch the woman at the second window?s name, but she had beautiful long braids and was also super nice and provided perfect customer service! We received what we ordered, the food was fresh and delicious! Thank you ladies so much :
Erika was the nicest drive thru person I've encountered at any McDonald's. I truly wish their were more people that worked at McDonald's like her. Thank you for taking my order and making me smile Erika.
