Bidrage med feedbackI come to this drive every day for at least the last 2 years. they have just messed up my order twice, and that is completely in order, because we are all human and we all make mistakes. errors are inevitable when they offer a service. they have a great team. great coffee, delicious donuts and great customer service.
Ordered a tomato basil grilled cheese. It wasn't even grilled, I got home and it was on non-grilled bread!! Horrible! Will not go back to this location by Largo Mall!
Where do I start?I tell you what, I'm not going to destroy this location with a huge rant negative review. I'm just not going to go back due to everything that you need to run a business is lacking 100%Poor service, lazy employees, incompetent management.
I go to this Dunkin' everyday and the girls always make my coffee perfectly I went there this morning and the new manager made my coffee wrong I asked the girl to remake it he yelled at me and said I made it right and yelled at the girl and told her not to make it for me.. why do I have to pay $4 for a drink that I'm not going to drink when these girls know how to make it and the manager doesn't know what he's doing or how to manage he spoke to the employees and the customers with such disrespect. I asked him what his name was and he screamed at me James.. hopefully he won't be the manager there long because it is a disgrace the place has lovely employees that are now being treated like s .
Good food, terribly burned coffee. I have better customer service at popeyes. the person working on the front was rude, dismissed and sneaky. no customer relationship skills. I couldn't pick up my mobile order in the drive thru because the line was all gone on the road, and they complained that I came in. I never write reviews, but this experience was justified. If I ever go back to dunkin, I will continue to drive away to avoid this place.
