Dunkin' - Largo

I stop here every day for my iced coffee and never have a problem except today.. they thought I said latte through the drive through when I absolutely did not.. I ordered a iced coffee light and sweet with liquid sugar... I didn 't care, I took the latte and even tipped because the younger gentleman was sweet. The older one insisted and I felt like he was arguing with me. He even got another employee a young woman involved. It should have stopped at 'I 'll take the latte 'Not ok.

It was OK. I had mint chocolate chip ice cream he had chocolate. The guy that waited on us was his usual wonderful self. But the female was a little miffed that he asked her to leave for loitering. Not cool that she dropped the F bomb many times outside. Good thing there were no others especially children in the area

We stopped in for ice cream. I had cookies and cream and my wife had mocha almond fudge. They were both excellent. Service was really good too. We were in and out very quickly. Kudos to Dunkin' donuts!

If anyone needs a promotion/raise in there its going to be Heather, she always is on top of things makes mine my partners coffee on point. Great customer service if you deal with her, enjoy coming in on my mornings before work. WAY better then the dunkin on Ulmerton, Way cleaner environment as well

I went to the Dunkin on East Bay and got friendly service even though I used a coupon and had special requests, everything was fine, couldn't have been better, I have a Dunkin 5 min from my house and have an issue everytime there, so I drive right by it to the next one on Seminole Blvd or East Bay
