Pino Burger - Laredo

I went to buy a burrito this afternoon and let me just tell you that the lady answering the phone she knows what customer service is. Keep in mind they come to the car to charge you and bring the food also now that’s a 10/10 I’m not sure her name but she definitely was nice even greeted me by my name.

I ordered two burger combos (with fries) and only got one complete combo. While I tried calling them to let them know so there could be some type of solution to the issue, there was no answer. I called through two phones more than 10 times and never got an answer. Since I PAID almost $30 and because my partner and I are frequent customers, I was expecting to get PROPER service (at least a phone call answered).

Excellent service, very good burgers, I was surprised by the very good flavor of their tacos al pastor, super recommended, in short, everything was very good Excellent ?

9:20 at night and they tell me that it is already closed, on the door and the web page says 10:00

Love to go occasionally. Staff is very friendly. Bathroom is always clean and very clean
