Burger King - Laredo

My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. It felt like I was talking to a brick wall when I tried to place my order; even after repeating it five times, it was still incorrect. I complained to the manager, who promised to remake all three meals along with the drinks, including the Icee. While the meals and drinks were decent, she completely forgot about the Icee, which was as frustrating as the mistakes made by the staff.

These hamburgers in the afternoon are excellent! However, the breakfast sausage biscuits are outstanding! Food rating: 5/5.

Good service, employees are attentive and play area is big enough and clean! Will come back again

Attending didn't give me ketchup as I waited in the front she said she was going to go get it and she never came back so I had to get up and go get it which I don't mind but you should have told me that not have me waiting there that really upset me but anyway whatever

By far the best Burger King in Laredo! Amazing customer service! Karina the General Manager goes out of her way to ensure that everything is perfect! Highly recommend that if something goes wrong(which happens in any restaurant or business), to communicate with management, as suppose to writing a bad review.These guys work extremely hard for the community. I've seen it first hand!They've prepared 540 croissant sandwiches for us almost every other week, and they come in at 3a.m. to ensure that everything is set and ready to go.They're the only restaurant I know that does this. They always have everything prepped on time!Love you guys!
