Bidrage med feedbackA good Pizza for Laredo but far from being award winning. I ordered the peperoni. The dough was bland and un-airy. The best pizza I've tried has been in NYC, Mexico City, and Europe. Suggestion,let the dough proof from 24 to 48 hours and use less commercial yeast. By the way, I am a Pastry chef and a sourdough aficionado baker. More than the ingredients, I enjoy eating the Pizza dough.
It is an exceptional pizza ?, the lady there was really nice, and made me a new vegetarian pizza, and it was really tasty ?, I will be going back for more soon, and definitely to try the pasta as well.
The pizza is GREAT.. don’t just take my word for it, try it your self. This stone cooked pizza has that perfect crunchy crust never soggy in the middle you get what you pay for and that is Quality!!! Most cheap places taste like cardboard crust ?, Not at 550!! The dough is fresh and cooked to perfection, I am honestly not a bread nor pasta person but a great friend who is also a fan of foods recommended this place so I gave it a chance. Best Pizza In Town I highly recommend you try it, you might fall in love with the food like we did ???
