Symposio - Λάρδος Ελλάδα

Simply the best restaurant in Lindos, bar none. In what seems a seafood heavy menu, make no mistake, this place caters for the meat lovers too. The lamb Symposio is my favourite dish, so much so that we just had to book back in for our last meal of the holiday. Cooked to perfection and it just falls off the bone and melts in your mouth. My girlfriend enjoys taking on the Caesar salad. I say take on, as even for a 'lighter ' dish you get a very generous portion and will not leave this place hungry! The seafood is amazing, the calamari with king prawns deserves a mention. Simplicity is the key with this place, nothing is overdone. Instead they just deliver quality food and sublime service. What more can you ask for on holiday? Janis is a wonderful, welcoming host. The two young guys they had working the roof top worked so hard and offered fantastic service. Other nights we watched busy restaurants struggle to cope with the demands, even when they had more staff. These two made it look easy and nothing was a problem for them. Second year in Lindos, still the best restaurant. I look forward to next year.

Absolutely loved our meal here for my partners birthday. Beautiful setting with stunning views, and the food was amazing too! Best hummus I've ever had, and the lamb with honey and gorgeous too..... food heaven!! Definitely highly recommend!!

Definitely my favourite restaurant in Lindos! It seems like they can't do anything wrong. I would recommend it to everyone, seafood and traditional greek food is the best here I think. They gave me the best dolmades I've ever eaten! For all the workers here, You are doing GREAT! Keep up this good work! Also the lady in the door was very kind, has some nice words to everyone, thank you for this lovely experience! :
