High quality, excellent raw, impeccable service and correct waiting times, sociable staff and available. Tryed both at lunch and dinner, great experience.
Like in many important big cities that are not seafront Madrid, Paris, Bogota, New York, etc you get extraordinary seafood brought in from their coastal areas. It seems L’Aquila the capital of the Italian province of Abruzzo) is not exception. The place seem to be in a residential area in the hills, but once you get to it, it has a nice ambiance outdoors and indoors. It is a good size restaurant with white table clothes good wine selection. You do not select from menus: your waiter, perfectly dressed in a black suit, will bring you about 12 fish abundant appetizers to share. Then they suggest a couple ‘primi’: homemade pastas or risotto with a variety of options ranging from lobster, to local specialities. Then they offer you ‘Secondo” which could be grilled fish/ seafood, or any combination: grilled, roasted, baked, etc. The bottle of wines have been ‘flowing’: they have great selections of Pecorinos from the areas of Ofena, Chiete Pescara, etc. Perhaps you should save space for dessert after dinner drinks! The cost is very reasonable about 70 euros a couple) service is good.

[26/10 20:14] Pcb Erjola: Excellent, cozy and friendly ambiance. Very good service from the waiters approaching always with a smile. Excellent coocking, tasty and served in time to be degustated in a very nice plate composition. A place you must visit if u are in town. You won't leave unsatisfied : i highly recomend it
