Mucho Mas - LaPorte

I'm new to indiana and I wouldn't think this jewel existed. very friendly and delicious.

When they eat with non-vegetarian friends, this is the place to take them. huge portions, reasonable prices and options they want to come back. I've been eating here for three years and I still like to come back. my recomendation is definately the nachos, but the last time that I added to it, it was not the best. Do not order a full plate, unless they are lost or really determined. so far this is the best Mexican food in the opposite.

I ordered a burrito (probably would have gone for the nachos, but I was overwhelmed by the many number of options) and enjoyed it. I didn't even have to, spice-wise, what I thought I needed it. the portions are huge (at least the burrito was). the service was also fast. beautiful place with ample street parking.

So good. best friend and I shared a half order of vegan mucho nachos with vegan cheese (I think it was daiya) and soyrizo. Luckily, the friendly people behind us did not recommend to order the full order, because half order was more than enough of a meal for the 2 of us. we also ordered a burrito, but I don't remember which ones. we were so stuffed, we only made one bit out of the burritos and saved the rest later. later they were still delicious, but better fresh. we agreed that we were not in love with the tofu in the burritos, but it was okay, the spicy seemed just a bit strange, type of curry-like. probably would add soyrizo instead of next time. If this one was closer to me, I would go all the time. I've been dreaming of vegan nachos since our trip there.

We were traveling from Chicago to Michigan and had never eaten in Indiana before, so when I found Mucho Mas, we made a beeline for it. There were four of us traveling together, 3 vegetarians and 1 vegan. I had a wet burito and it was delicious. If I am ever in the area again, you can bet I will be there.
