Maude's Alabama Bbq (lapeer)

We ordered the bbq chicken flour, ribbed flour and boneless wings. to say we were disappointed, would be an understatement. first my hair was okay, but then I opened my kartoffels and found a big nasty hair in it. next, the ribs of my man were not only fat, but too tough to go ripen. we didn't care about the sauce either. then the baked beans had very little taste and were not at all as sweet as they should be, and after about an hour we were hungry again because of the tiny portions. we are not coming back.

Honestly, I've never had better rib-tips in all my life. They had a GREAT bark, were soooo tender they were almost falling apart. Excellent sauce too, 10/10

Stopped in today tried the pulled pork sliders. Not worth the $9 meat very bland no smoke flavor. Just not up to par to be Alabama bbq. The coleslaw on it was dry not good. I was disappointed.The server Jamie to busy doing other things to listen to your order. I ordered the combo didn’t ring up a combo then added extra sauce and had to catch them and say regular amount. When I stated I ordered comb her comment was no you didn’t and walked away. Instead of trying to fix it. NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE..

I've had ribs all over the country. I have 3 smokers and no restaurant ribs can better mine until today. Outstanding ribs sauce. Pulled pork was delicious and the sides were a perfect compliment.

Great food! Call ahead for lunch for fastest service or spend a few minutes 10 15. The girl at the front counter is great and very helpful! Awesome customer service. Will be back again! I recommend the mountain burger. But I'd up size it...
