Cold Stone Creamery - Lapeer MI

I love the ice cream here but y’all need to get your employees in check. i came in at 9:10 and they told me they were closing early and didn’t serve me.

Logan is a wonderful employee and was so kind and considerate and should be given a raise ,definitely a top tier customers service example 10/10!

Horrible service. We get there 20min before closing, waiting forever (only 3 people infront of us) just for the girl to say they can't serve us 3min before closing. So why didn't you tell us that when we came in instead of us standing there waiting.

Order gotta have it sizes, and only about half the container had ice cream in it. With the inflated prices, the least you can do is serve the same amount of product.

I haven’t had ice cream in a long time and Cold Stone Creamery took ice cream to an entirely different level. I’ve never seen so many options from flavors, toppings and even cones! This is a very unique creamery and I recommend it to locals and travelers. — ???? !
