Saramsam Ylocano Restaurant Bar - Laoag

I absolutely adore the pinakbet and the amazing fanciful fondue dessert at this restaurant!!!! Hhhmmm..

I highly recommend anyone visiting Laoag City to dine at this restaurant, as it offers the best Ilocano delicacies in Ilocos Norte. The atmosphere is cool and intimate, perfect for enjoying a delicious meal and engaging in good conversation. Our experience was incredibly satisfying and fulfilling, and we definitely plan on returning in the future.

I have been a regular at this restaurant known for its Ilocano cuisine since it first opened. I love the ambiance and I always order their Ilocano pizza and pasta.

At my second visit after 3 years. back to a taste of their famous saramsam pasta. our schedule was very tight and we had only in the morning, so we went to the restaurant at 9 o'clock. when sitting we were told that only the breakfast menu is available that early in the morning ( regular items will only be available by 1030 clock). we were a bit disappointed because we went there to the saramsam pasta and we had no time to wait 1.5 hours for the regular menu (we were planned to return to manila at 11 o'clock). our group thought that we might just be able to order in advance and just come back for it on the way home. we persuaded that to the staff and the headkeeper offered that he will check on the kitchen to see if the ingredients for the saramsam pasta are already available, so we can enjoy it for dunes in (it seemed as if he had not wanted us to take it for because we do not get the full experience to enjoy the court with their seasoned). long story short, they went out of the way to enjoy for us the delicious saramsam pasta early(ish) on the morning. very happy with eating and the super receiving staff.

I rarely visit a restaurant and enjoy absolutely all the dishes I ordered. this place is exceptional. amazing eating with generous portions.
