Definitely going back for it's ambiance and great food!

It's my second time coming here but for some reason I can't remember how their food was the first time. But coming here again, the first thing I noticed was the smell of the place. It smells old...for those who are from Laoag and are my age, it smells like the old Odeon Cinema. However, the visual aesthetics does, somewhat, make up for the gustatory nuisance and you eventually get used to the smell anyways. I like the ambience. This is probably its strongest point. As for the food, it's fairly good--nothing too special but not bad either.

One of the most beautiful places we've visited. The food is great, and the view outside the café is stunning, featuring a lovely water fountain. I absolutely loved the tocino and the bagnet!
