Bidrage med feedbackWe are frequent visitors of the val cenis and the fema is one of our favorite meetings and eating places. good selection of self-service dishes, many cooked to order. pretty good value and the terrace is great when the sun seems!
Very friendly place to have a break and enjoy the atmosphere. the personal is welcoming and friendly and the service was good every time we went there. the canteen style and the menu works well for a decent lunch and there is enough...to choose the variety. they are open for the morning tea and coffee when they get up the mountain early. of a well-stocked bar there was a great choice. it has to do too noon, especially so it is worth getting there in good time when they want to eat.
This is a real exception to the self-service restaurants that you can find on the pisten. the food is made to house and very delicious! I can recommend the homemade suppenas as well as the salads. the personal is very helpful.
Stopped for lunch and made a mistake in ordering a Panini and Frittes each for three people the portions were huge 1 would have been enough, good food, a great choice and good service.
The fema was recently renovated along with the new vieux moulin câble car and it has made it even better. there is now more space on the outside terrace to eat in the sunshine and the addition of chairs has made it a very...relaxing place to make a break. we have always enjoyed eating here as we have tried the val cenis as a resort a few years ago and it is very good if we have our children with us. eating from the self-service cante inside is from spaghetti bolognese and carbonara via steak haché and chips as well as steaks or gammon and chips, salates and a large selection of desserts. a pitcher of the local weine is about €6. in the week we eat twice there and a meal of two main courses, two puddings and a pitcher red wine came to €35! we tend to get there early before the lessons are finished and it becomes more business. After a cozy lunch, they meet the quieter sessellifte and continue to drive.
