Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Lansing

We love Menchies, but Google has their operating hours wrong, so I have 4 very sad children in the car. Please update Google.

Every time we come, we have a great experience, the staff is always so polite. The frozen yogurt is great. You can taste the different flavors before buying. Your payment is based on the scales, how many items you put in each bowl. I always bought the chocolate covered strawberries from the refrigerator. During the holidays they have various topics for strawberries such as Rudolph. Definitely recommend.

I was in fact accused twice and questioned this before the payment and said it was correct. After seeing many others with more, I challenged it again. I then asked him to do mathematics, and even he agreed that it was twice what it should be, but offered no solution. I had to involve another employee in order to get the refund and confirm that the employee has twice charged us. So prices didn't double. But customer service training should.

If you haven?t been here before this is a build your own Froyo place. They rotate the flavors and toppings. The price is determined by weight so the more in the cup the more it will cost. I take my daughter here sometimes when we are out. Always friendly staff and clean tables.
