McDonald's - Lansing

This situation on waverly and grand river, sucks, they say their dining room is supposedly open until 7pm, I am quite close to this place for 5 months now, why wash gas when I take a little exercise and decide to take child car to get eat, but everyyy single time I go, of corse the dining room is closed wayy and to the one time that I did not actually make it. this place is good only shut down!. they have my service.

I usually don't come to this, especially because it's closed when I get out of work, but tonight I just made bowling and needed some food. Fastest service ever here

Had an absolutely terrible experience today with a manager called monica I believe. To make a long story short, she didn't think I was able to place a mobile breakfast order at 10:40 a.m. and wanted to see evidence I did, so I showed her my mobile app reception. she said I had to see the email. I spent a few minutes watching it in the driveway, but couldn't find it and warns for sure where it was. pretty sure I blocked all this stuff from my email. After I told her that I couldn't find it, she still wanted to see more evidence and then wanted to see where my credit card has reliant on my bank account. absolutely not! I showed them my mobile app reception! I was literally speechless and had no idea what to say. eating was also terrible. will not be back!

The person who took my order on the counter was so sweet and talked about the latest deal. I bought it.

Im tired of grease food. They need more salad options again
