Mcdonald's - Lansing

Fischsandwich was laid together with the bungalow from the fish both up and down bungalow with a stale baked fish and no tarter sauce and 1/4 slices cheese. somehow my apple juice came out as orange juice. to do a job and make it wrong. I didn't complain to the staff because nobody cares about it, and if they did, it would be right, but I won't go back there.

Can never find my online order when placed by the app. they never have this problem with any other McDonald’s.

Total chaos in there. one, they released the lobby doors, but they told everyone that the lobby was closed. two, they don't tell them a price at the loudspeaker. whatever, because I ordered a sweet tee that takes me to the reward window. She didn't tell me a thing. but no terrible experience yet. it happens. they get into the next window and was left there for probably five minutes waiting on a sweet tee. I've been tee and left, thought it wasn't sweeter tee. it was more regular tee. So now I'm a little miffed and I'm going back to get a sweet tee, I'm telling the lady in the loudspeaker that I just ordered a sweet tee and got a regular tee, and she's keeping me. like a great attitude. I told myself what I paid for a second drink, even though they screwed it up. paid in the change ursache, this is all I had left after my first (common) drink. Now listen, I've been working in almost food for a long time, and I know how to lead yourself, so they don't look unprofessional. if a manager is acting like a high schooler at a McDonald’s, “not needing this job”, they have to hire a new one. I'm sorry to say.
