Capital City Bbq - Lansing

This place is strange, but charming. it is a cell phone shop, a bbq restaurant and Vietnamese restaurant in one. it smells like meat that's rough, but damn the runway is good. all Vietnamese articles have a lemongrass tofu option and the menu states that can be made vegan.

The tofu mushroom bhan mi with vegan sriracha was delicious. the sriracha was unnecessary and I wish they smoked their tofu, but overall was good. also the tofu spring roll was fresh. make sure to get the chili sauce. her peanut sauce has chicken broth.

The tofu banh mi is amazing! also offer vegane mayo. the veggie spring rollers are just as good. hint of edible sauce has chicken broth.

Too tired to cook and can't decide to eat? this place has covered you! I have the banh mi sandwich and the 1 pfund rib tips of take-out when I came home from work. I love capital city offers the best from the east and west: Vietnamese cuisine and American grill dishes. waitstaff was so kind to take my order and told me that the cook personally makes all desserts itself. can not wait to go back and try everything!

It wasn't so good to me. the sides are like 7. I just didn't want to shy an extra individual page a family size. what if I didn't like it would have spent almost 10 for nothing. was disappointed, I wanted to try this place. on a good note my bbq rib tips were delicate.
