If you are looking for a solid soul food spot in delco , I would recommend staff was polite, portions were great. However, I have the fried chicken plate with yellow rice, cabbage and Mac n cheese. Let?s begin with the fried chicken I feel when you get a soul food place, you have this recipe to pat down. Chicken was very juice, but lack of taste on the inside. The chicken crust has taste, but gives the vibes of a Texas chicken, crown fried chicken at first bite. All in all, it was solid when you were hungry. Yellow rice was very tasteful. Kohl needed more taste because of lack of taste with everything else. Now Mac n cheese, in person I am not a fan of this type of Mac n cheese. Baked Mac n cheeses have a good tasteful crust and the middle must have taste when making a route. All in all this was a solid soul food.

We were greeted politely. Food was hot n ready and we were given beautiful healthy portions. The price for the 3 of us was good. The food was good and I'll be back. I recommend this place to all who are looking for good hot soul food with good service.

AMAZING Food and AMAZING Staff! You're always so kind when I get in. The salmon is well seasoned, the Mac and the cheese is delicious! Trash is great! I even had the meat store that was also a bomb.

The platters are SO good. Get the Mac and cheese if it's available you'll thank me.
