Fiore's Brick Oven Pizza - Lansdale

Been going to the Lansdale location for quite a few years now. Just about every time I order, Jimmy is listed as handling my order. I would like to say that Jimmy has always done a phenomenal job with my orders. Personal shout out to Jimmy for always being there to make sure the orders are handle correctly. Thank you Jimmy for all your amazing work!

Phenomenal! Just ordered delivery for lunch. It was ordered, prepared, and delivered hot and fresh by Dakota within a half hour. So impressed. We continually have excellent service from this location!

Ordered from the internet and picked it up there. The workers we're friendly and the food was pretty good. Its not top of the line food but it's what you expect from Domino's.

I really enjoy Pizza Hut, and my son loves it even more. However, I was quite upset when the delivery driver smoked while interacting with my child. It's something that shouldn't happen, and I think the staff should receive better training on this matter.

I placed my order at 6:55 PM tonight and was told it would be ready by 7:20 PM. When I called at 7:32 PM, I saw that my order had been checked at 7:05 PM. It took them 8 minutes to locate my order in the system, only to inform me that it hadn't even left the building. It had been sitting under a heat lamp for the past 35 minutes and was just about to be picked up to go out for delivery. I requested a full refund because I no longer wanted the food, which required me to wait for a manager. While they did process the refund, I couldn't help but note that having food under a heat lamp for 40 minutes isn't a sign of good quality control. Having worked in several restaurants myself, I know that isn't acceptable. I won't be ordering from here for a while and will stick to Pizzahütte or Papa John's instead.
