Dunkin' - Lansdale

This location has definitely improved in terms of speed and friendliness. I visited around lunchtime when it wasn’t too busy, and I found the staff to be faster and more pleasant. As I approached the drive-thru, I received a warm welcome. I paid right away, and the staff wished me a nice day. While Dunkin’ Donuts generally has a consistent menu across locations, this one doesn’t seem to be as busy as others that have a higher demand. The drive-thru process is straightforward, and it's easy to navigate in and out. I haven’t been inside to check on cleanliness or layout yet. Overall, my experience during this drive-thru visit was quite positive.

There are so many dunkin in the area, but this seems to be acting together. The journey through moves quickly, the order is immediately prepared, and the service was pleasant.

The coffee selection is excellent—delicious and reasonably priced. The donuts are also delightful. The bacon snacks are just as good. I would definitely recommend this place!

I hire mobile from this site and the staff are great. They make sure that my order is correct and is always served with a smile.

I was here yesterday (22Jan2021) at 3:00. A male worker made my matcha latte and it was AMAZING. The best latte I ever had in a dunkin, and I was in a lot of dunkins and cafes. He did great mix of latte and it was light and perfect. Please- have this guy teach others how to make it perfect!!!
