Mcdonald's - Lanoka Harbor

There are 2 lanes in the drive-thru that are comfortable considering that I usually go behind someone who orders for an army. My order was wrong 1 time and that's really on me because I didn't check the bag before I left. Just always take the time to ensure that everything you have ordered is in your pocket.

Drive through the car. At 10. There was no waiting time. The food was quickly prepared and hot. Everything was in the bag. Would definitely return

Do not go to this establishment. I have been ordering the big breakfast for over 35 years and it always included pancakes. This morning, there were no pancakes included. I returned the meal and asked the manager if this was truly the big breakfast. He told me that I had to specifically order the big breakfast with pancakes. I explained that at this location in Lanoka Port, NJ, I had always received pancakes with my big breakfast for the past year. He just gave me a dismissive look and asked what I wanted him to do. And to think, the employees at McDonald's want a raise? A good manager would have rectified the situation instead of giving a dismissive look. It seems like everything is about profit for them.

I am aware that it is a fast food franchise, but this McDonald's is the cleanest and most beautiful one I have ever seen. I had some time before work and decided to stop by.

If I could give McDonald's a 0, I would. The service at both the dining area and drive-thru was the worst. Last weekend, my entire order was incorrect and items were missing.
