L'anthocyane - Lannion

Our summer burn! We often visit the good restaurants and the passage for the holidays, I have to say that we were very pleasantly surprised by the anthocyane. The hotel is modern and spacious. We enjoyed all the details, such as the beautiful paper that is used for the wine menu, refined and modern dishes, or towels in fabrics in the toilet. The team is smiling and attentive without being too present. The dishes were simply fabulous. Beautiful presentations, agreements without fault but also gustative surprises. This establishment deserves its star and we highly recommend it because the value for money is quite amazing. Thank you for this great moment and for having adapted the meal to the food constraints of my wife. However, I will have a little constructive criticism, I hope you will forgive me. I found the frustrating dessert spoons. In the sense that they are rather deep and at the same time quite narrow, there is therefore a small dessert at the bottom all the time. Therefore, it does not allow as much food as your desserts deserve.

Small meal in love with the program of many discoveries such as the spice KARI Gosse and the duo chocolate/vocado. A real discovery and an address we can only recommend!!

A beautiful discovery: a festival of flavors, just cooking, a beautiful wedding of ingredients... a lot of work for a farandole of dishes, served with grace and without waiting, in brief, we emerge saying that there are always excellent professionals. Felt frame, refined decoration, a large behind the furnaces, supported with efficiency and precision. Low hat and congratulations!!!

Thanks again for this delicious dinner. We arrive regularly at this gourmet restaurant and we are each time conquered... whether it be the lunch menu or the evening menu. The dishes are as beautiful as they are. We're always welcome. The service is very attentive. The frame is serene. It's always a great pleasure. Thanks to Chief and Mrs. Briand.
