Bidrage med feedbackI placed a pickup order using the CAVA app (I've included a picture of the order summary). When I arrived to pick up my order, I was disappointed to find that my bowl resembled a "cabbage" bowl, as it was mostly filled with large chunks of cabbage, including the stems. Additionally, there were no tomatoes or cucumbers in my bowl, and I even discovered hair among the cabbage. I decided to go back through the drive-thru to express my concerns to a manager. The first manager I spoke with called in a second manager, who insisted that she couldn't control the ratio of super greens (cabbage to kale). I voiced my other concerns and requested a refund. Because I had placed my order online, I was unable to get a refund, so I asked for a new bowl to be made instead. I've included photos of both the second bowl and the initial one for comparison. I've visited this CAVA location several times, and I’ve noticed a consistent decline in both service and food presentation. This experience has led me to write this review, and I will not be returning to this establishment.
I really enjoy visiting this Cava location for lunch! The portions are generous, and the service is quick and friendly. My favorite dish is the lemon chicken—it's absolutely delicious!
The prices are too high. I definitely prefer Mezah over Cava. They were out of greens, and I went in the middle of the afternoon when everything should have been fresh. It's disappointing because people claimed it was much better than Mezah, and as a first-time visitor, I was thoroughly unimpressed! Save your money and choose Mezah or another place; in my opinion, Cava just doesn't cut it!
Best Mediterranean food. I love the pita chips, the bread, the grain bowls, love everything there is to get.
