Gateway Charcoal Chicken - Langwarrin

This restaurant review is surprising. It's strange that only 2 out of 4 reviews made a comment, and it's even more suspicious that the two hidden reviews count as negative without giving a reason. Is this a common practice on Zomato? It seems like the restaurant has been unfairly sabotaged without any explanations. However, I personally enjoy their chicken and salads, and have always received excellent and friendly customer service.

This restaurant is hands down the best charcoal chicken place in all of Australia. The chicken and stuffing are bursting with delicious flavors, and the gravy and chips are mouthwatering. I have never had a subpar meal from this place.

Do yourself a favour, instead of buying a bulk roasted chicken 50 metres away get one of these genuinely charcoal roasted chickens. The extra couple of dollars will soon be forgotten as soon as you taste some. The side dishes are great too as is the service...have never been dissappointed.

Great food, good variety of chicken, chips, hot and cold, salads. Staff are always friendly. Can get very busy but they always have a smile on their faces. Take bulk orders as well. Very accommodating. Highly recommend this family run outlet.
