Bidrage med feedbackWe regularly attend Le Régent with family, about 8 to 9 times a year, and have always had good experiences during our visits at noon. However, our last meal was disappointing. Last night, we faced several problems. First, the fries were cold. Then, we ordered a two-sided ward, which also arrived cold, and the server didn't even take the trouble to turn on the bottom of the dish. My mother-in-law, who had chosen a tartar, was also disappointed. The service was to be desired; The server never asked about our satisfaction. The rib was full of hard ligaments, making a good part of the dish inmangeable. To crown everything, when we asked to take the rest, we were given aluminum hats to fill ourselves. The server seemed indifferent, or even unhappy with his work. It's really a shame, because we have good memories of this place. In the light of this experience, we are forced to reconsider our future visits to Le Régent.
Attente 17 minutes after we were told I come back in 5 minutes .saumon plancha arrives cold , cold fries just like beef for 2 of our table neighbors and say 3 unsealed salad leaves . We don't even propose if we want a wine for the meal. And to crown both servers do not feel at all concerned by the desires of customers. We came very often a few months ago, but it's over.

I recently had the opportunity to dine at Bistro Langon, the most enjoyable experience. Careful server and listening to our needs.
Perso very good copious meal but you don't have to compare the regent to the Entrecôte de BX these are 2 different addresses... for me the flat will take them to Nutella and non black chocolate and vanilla ice that has a taste more caramel sorbet ... damage a little smile more and you are on top but we will return (this day 5 persarians) and my beautiful girl (retirement season)
