Wendy's - Langley

Conveniently situated with ample parking, this restaurant offers straightforward and uncomplicated food. We opted for a burger and fries, followed by coffee. The service was prompt and welcoming.

I went to Wendy's to try their Taco Supremo salad. I picked up the food to go after work, as the restaurant was just a few blocks away. When I got back to my desk, I found a long, black hair in the Chili container. I had a colleague with me, so I filled out the feedback survey to inform the manager about what happened, since I couldn't go back at that time. That evening, the manager emailed me to apologize and offered me a free replacement meal. The following week, when I returned to the restaurant, they remembered the incident and made sure I received a replacement meal with great hospitality. I was impressed by the staff's professionalism and continued to visit the restaurant multiple times without any issues. This was a great example of excellent service recovery!

When you visit Wendy's for a meal, you can expect there to be a line. I appreciate restaurants that have a single feeder line instead of individual lines for each cashier. Other than that, the experience at Wendy's is very typical. The service is fast and the food is on par with any other Wendy's location.

I was pleasantly surprised by the staff members' demeanour and have been back a couple of times since, without any further issues. This was definitely the right way to conduct service recovery!

We stopped here for a quick bite after work. The food quality is consistent with most Wendy's restaurants but we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the restaurant the speed of service. We prefer this particular fast food option over its neighbouring competitors.
