McDonald's - Langley

I have visited this restaurant three times now, and each time I have tried to remain optimistic and hope for a good experience. Unfortunately, the young staff working there are incredibly rude and incompetent. The food they serve is often poorly cooked, either undercooked or burnt, and they are unhelpful when asked to fix it, even if asked politely. It is clear that the staff could benefit from more training in customer service, and the quality of the food needs improvement. After this last visit, I have decided not to return to this McDonald's location, even though it is conveniently close to my home. It is disappointing, but I hope this review helps others save some time and avoid a similar experience.

They put the most incompetent teenagers here to work, and they are very unintelligent. Missed Itms

This small cafe has a charming atmosphere with colorful decor. It's a friendly spot where locals gather for coffee, muffins, and people-watching. While nothing outstanding, it's a nice place that you wouldn't necessarily expect from a McDonald's.

I was here this morning 19. October 2018 at 810 am and when I entered and witnessed that the manager screamed at one of the employees there because she had no customers and she was always busy with cleaning tables... the tablet etc. and make sure that food was for my order, the manager continued to scream to come to her now n to hear or you will go home. For me, this is not right to scream at your employee before customer all cuz she keeps busy while waiting for more customers.. To me she should calm down first n then talk to the employee in the back and not scream to her before the customer, I don't appreciate going in there and hearing that this happened to me that wasn't right. For me was very rude of the manager of this store that she thinks she has rights to scream as she was one of the employees. When this happens again when I take a video there and send to the main office, and this is not the first time I saw that this is happening in this place

The food was typical and satisfactory, but the service at this McDonald's was slow. It seemed like the staff working at the drive-thru were new and unfamiliar with the procedures.
