Maria's Gelato - Langley

Hello, I would just like you to know that the mere name of this shop hurts my heart. Listening to the trauma my loved ones have endured through their employment experience makes me think this place ought to offer/give funds to their employees so that they can get counselling post employment.In today's economy where people can barely afford to put food on the table/pay rent, it breaks my heart to hear that people would treat their staff in such a manner. I mean, when staff are flying on and off the employee roster almost as frequent as the managers make them scrape ice cream off the cones? (seriously, they'll be about to hand you a cone, then they will get a nasty look from a manager and your cone will be reduced to a pitiful little lump).Please, reduce your prices, reduce the infliction of work based anxiety, increase your kindness.#scooperslivesmatterPlease, take into consideration the choices you make.Thank you.

Stopped into Maria’s Gelato on a spur of the moment trip to Fort Langley with my almost two year old. He saw their huge ice cream sign outside and the rest is history. The staff was super sweet and allowed my little man to try two different flavours and provided me with their recommendations for coffee flavours (for mama of course . We sat inside and had a wonder time. We will be back :

Poor customer service was my experience. Expensive and would prefer to spend my money where my business is valued. May have been a one off. I felt insulted by staff service . Again may have been a one off.

Had some of the best dairy free ice-cream I have ever had here. I also had a vanilla sorbet that was incredibly flavorful.

I accidentally made a bad review because of a mistake typing and I was amazed how the shop replied to me instead of bashing me about the review I made. Now I will fully support this local shop as I was beyond excited to find a shop that give customers the care they need! Thank you once again and sorry about the confusion.
