I usually get the spring rolls and salad rolls and I absolutely love them! I recently had vermicelli lemon grass chicken at a place in kamloops and it was beyond anything I have tried. So delicious and flavourful. I decided to try Mai's vermicelli lemon...grass chicken. I was very disappointed. It was expensive, and the chicken was dry and barely any flavour, which in turn made the rest of the dish not flavourful at all. I think I will stick with the rolls. You won't be disappointed with those.
