Worst Dunkin?, super slow really bad service, DONT WASTER YOUR TIME there?s another Dunkin? 5 minutes away from this one, is better.

Worst Dunkin' around. Always mess up orders, Management not onsite, Management never understands or has workers try to claim they don't speak English well and can't speak to a manager because they aren't there. Multiple times my order was messed up and then have to wait in line again because they never address issues; this includes waiting in the Drive through line now. Long lines, messed up orders, waiting for To-Go pre-orders (they don't check the printer), little to no management available, and poor customer service.

The line for the drive-thru is kind of long but it moved very quickly I was surprised everything was ready when I got to the paid for my order and was out of there in less than 5 minutes

Dünkin, you always get my order wrong. I ordered a large iced tea with lemon and 5 pumps of liquid sugar, but I received a large iced tea with lemon and no sugar instead. I returned it, and they made me another drink without lemon and added hazelnut flavor instead. I'm really not happy with this experience.
