Tessa in the Lounge/Bistro is Lovely! Extremely kind and friendly. I stopped in to the Metropolitan Grill for a drink. When I drove up it looked closed from the entry, then when I walked through the doors what a surprise. Very quaint and updated decor. Came here for breakfast and food portion was amazing! The potatoes were so good. But the best part was the service, our server Alicia was so attentive and nice. She made our breakfast experience extra amazing!

Breakfast for champions! I stay at the Four points weekly and only just went for breakfast for the first time. The eggs benny are delicious and the servers are outstanding. Taylor, Anna, Tessa just to name a few are always looking to make my time here better. Way to go, I will be a breakfast regular every stay!

I wouldn 't go there unless you are staying at the attached hotel (as I am) and have no other dining options (as I did). The service was atrocious, the "young "ish girl who was supposed to serve me spent all of her time with a group of guys in suits. (Presumably trying to work some tips) rather than serving the rest of her tables. I watched my beer sit at the bar for 5 minutes (less than 10 feet from where I was sitting) before she finally brought it to me. Then she said I 'll be right back to take your order. After 10 minutes of her hanging out with the suit guys I got mad, and said out loud I 'd like my order taken TODAY. At which point the BARTENDER came and served me. She was the only thing about my experience here that I did not hate. She also came over and brought me my bill, (5 minutes after I told my server I 'd like the bill). So if you MUST go here, sit at the bar and ignore the kids who serve here. The bartender was good. The food was good, but the servers were incompetent. Edit: Came back a second time, the experience was better, service was better and as before the food is good.

The food was fresh and delicious and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was also very good.
