Amazing Experience!!!! The service sooo great. They bring the food to the table and make the whole experience like a diner!

Service and atmosphere are N/A—this review is for pick up in restaurant order to go. 1) it’s like a game—‘what part(s) of our order are going to be wrong? Will it be one part? Multiple parts? Meaning—if you have allergies and those ingredients can be found on this establishment’s menu? This is not a safe place for you. 2) communication from the customer Does Not improve results. During the ordering process not wanting onions or bacon kept being confused with not wanting pickles—opening the bag at home it was quickly obvious that I had been given a Beyond Meat Burger. With bacon. 3) I didn’t order that. I had no desire. I actually didn’t notice until I bit into it. At which point—like most of us who have experienced food poisoning—I started to scramble: there was something off; what was it; running through the checklist. Once I determined it was a PRODUCT swap and not food safety risk I tried to give it a chance— I don’t consider myself to be particularly meatitarian. It continued to trigger alarms of being undercooked. Even after finding the source of the problem (not an uncle burger— plant based substitute) it was so soft throughout it continuously prompted me to re-examine the patty and get stuck in the following frustrating rut: remember as I check (again) that it was plant protein not animal—wait what are the guidelines for safe internal temperature of plant protein—I never ordered this—assuming the squishy nature is entirely safe I now found myself thinking of Beyond Meat Pudding—why does this taste like a beefy-porky hybrid with built in BBQ sauce—the cycle begins again. Why bacon? What if I kept kosher or halal? I don’t but I never ask for bacon—specified I DID NOT WANT IT— and I always get it. 1/4 of a cup of mayonnaise. Is that standard for how this burger is made? Is that to ‘accentuate’ or conceal the aspects I’ve commented on (see above)? Conclusion: A&W is one of the few fast food places where the food has some nutritional content and taste. However if ordering actually means: ‘you get what we decide to give you’ then going forward (especially given that this has happened before) we may make different decisions. Beyond Meat Burger specific: if something is mushy throughout a redesign may be necessary. Surprising customers with items they didn’t order and weren’t expecting will almost certainly prompt criticism—I was expecting an uncle burger. Because I ordered and paid for an uncle burger. Not beyond meat pudding like warm cereal stuff.

Probably the best a and w on the island by far, every time I come here I am welcomed by a happy and positive employee to take my order and wait times are always to a minimum and not once have they gotten my order wrong, and not to mention amazing food

Went there today with a friend, service was the usual, what I would expect. Order was pretty quick, the food though is what really made this review the four stars. The people in the back gave an extra helping of fries and the seasoning was phenomenal, probably the best fries I’ve had at any A&W. the burger was also very good actually tasted like they were using fresh ingredients which is always good considering the whole marketing. Overall a good experience!

Brand new store, lots of friendly staff, the accuracy of our huge order was on point and fast, even helped me carry it out to my car. Washrooms were spotless, and the dining room was clean and well thought out.
