Tacotime - Langford Station

I really wish they would stop grilling the burritos. I dont know if its just for delivery but I prefer soft. May I suggest this be an option rather than just done. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$30–40

This used to be my all-time favorite restaurant when I felt in the mood for Mexican style food. Granted not everyone agreed with me about them being amazing, but I stuck by them. Recently though, I made an online order and when I went to pick it up they were already closed. I figured the money would just go back on my card, but I was billed for the food I didn't receive. Now I tried calling to rectify the situation and even left a message, but no one got back to me. I contacted them on Facebook Messenger and they asked me to email them about the situation, to include my receipt, and that they'd have someone contact me as soon as possible. I did all of that and still haven't heard anything about getting my money back or receiving my food. At this point it's not even about the money it's the principal of the thing. You shouldn't take money for services not rendered and product not received.

This location seems to be permanently closed (for the best given their last island health food safety inspection) all the signage is gone, windows covered etc. just a heads up for anyone planning a visit or trying to order on skip because they still show up despite the store being gone!

Great fast food! I've been coming to this location for years and I've always enjoyed the great food and excellent service. Unfortunately, they appear to be closed, and have been for about a month now, as of October 2023 They're permanently closed as of November 3023, and will be missed.
