Pizzeria Luciano - Langeoog

When visiting Langeoog, the restaurant is extensive and offers something for every taste, the prices are adapted to the locality. The service was friendly and fast. The dishes we ordered were very delicious, but the portions are not very large.

I was 2x in the pizzeria Luciano, 2016 and 2021. The food was average (Neutral The service was dissatisfied, we have a table reserved by phone with the announcement our son has on this day's birthday. Luckily, we had our birthday decoration ourselves. When leaving the pizzeria, I also told the staff that I did not find that service-oriented, which triggered a reaction that I did not expect. The interior of the pizzeria is beautiful (satisfied At the second visit we were curious if something changed. Apart from that we were not there for the birthday day, everything was very similar. Now I come to the point why I would rate the total service with zero (0 stars if it is possible. I had rated Pizzeria Luciano in November 2016 neutral (three stars). What brought me a complaint about the review in March 2024, with threat Immediate deletion in the absence of an opinion or unplausible seeming customer contact. I had to take a position on this complaint, submit customer contact and invoices. Holders probably just have to delete reviews. Therefore, here again a (manageable) evaluation. Pizza ordered, was unfortunately partially carburized. On demand, one was rather placed as a pinched customer than seeing one's own mistakes. Therefore, we only have a medium-predicted assessment

The pizza is thin and cross and I like it very much. The cheese used is very tasty and all the pizzas I have eaten there over the years always delicious. The waiting times are even if it is fully reasonable and we come again and again.

Good point for pizza and pasta. Pizzeria is often well visited and there is no reservation for evenings possible, so you have to have some luck or wait for a short time, but usually you can find something fast. Always delicious!
