Steakhaus La Plaza Langenfeld

Full five stars for this Steak House. Ambiente top, Service attentive, friendly and courteous, last but not least: the food: excellent and top meat quality. We're coming back!

The food was very delicious and both qualitative and visually appealing. However, the service left too much to be desired. The waitress who served us spoke only very broken German, drinks were misplaced and forgotten an appetizer. Instead, she and her colleagues seemed rather stressed and overwhelmed. Too bad, because the ambience and the kitchen are very convincing! Maybe next time we're lucky. The food was very tasty and both qualitatively and visually appealing. However, the service left a lot to be desired. The waitress who served us only spoke very broken German, drinks were brought wrong and a starter was forgotten. Instead of being friendly, she and her colleagues seemed rather stressed and overwhelmed. It's a pity really, because the ambience and the kitchen are very impressive! Maybe we'll have better luck next time.

We were invited to a family party on a Saturday night. Although the guest room was full, we were welcomed directly and led to our seats. As soon as we arrived there, an employee brought us a bowl of water for our dog. Wow! The evening started with typical Spanish appetizers and nem great fresh bread. You had to slow down, not eat too much. Then the whole company (consisting of about 20 people, of which three children) ordered a la carte. For the small gourmets there was a selection of four children's dishes worthy of a steakhouse. For such a large amount of dishes the food came very quickly. Tastefully there is nothing to complain about, the chefs understand their craft and the quality the ingredients is impeccable. The only thing that could be improved would be the presentation of some dishes, especially in meat dishes, I would have liked a little more refinement. But this is high-level jammering and can be absolutely neglected. It was an all-round great evening, to which a dessert was of course not missing. Here too I can only say wow, it looked great and tasted like that. The service this evening left nothing to be desired. The service personnel were very present and professional. We were invited here for a family celebration on a Saturday night. Although the dining room was full, we were greeted in a friendly manner and shown to our seats. But that's whining at a high level and can be totally ignored. It was a great evening all round, and of course dessert was a must. We had a wonderful evening here! Thanks to the weather we were able to sit outside and were well served. The waiters are consistently friendly and have fun for everyone! You feel right well. The food is also very good. At the beginning there is bread, dip and a small aperitif on the house. The fish and also the steaks have a 1A quality and are very delicious! Small note on the edge: My fillet was unfortunately not medium but through. Then I've got a new one, which was wonderfully fried! At no time the waiter took the negative. That's really top! Even in dessert there was nothing negative! We definitely come back and look forward to it! We had a wonderful evening here! A very big place. Very nice furnishings. Unfortunately, it was also very loud by the many guests, and reminded a little of a railway station hall. The waiters were all, but really all very friendly, attentive and striving. Longer waiting time was brewed with a small food. My lamb in herbal sauce was very delicious.
