The restaurant is really good, their selection of foods is not enormous but covers all picky customers. In case you are not happy with the selection of food, you can order specialities a day prior to seating. The chef is very forthcoming. We ate dinner...two times, food- selection of wines all good. There is basically no need to seek out other dining facilities. There are several locals dropping by for a true sit down dinner. Splendid service throughout.

We went to Olmuehle very hungry and ordered 2 appetizers, 2 bowls of soup and a main course. The appetizers were salmon and scallops, and the cook delivered free fried mushrooms that were all excellent. For the main course I ordered the beef... Tenderloin and I have to say it was one of the (if not THE) best steaks I ever had. I have eaten in several high-dollar steak houses in the USA, among them some were the steaks $120 alone (not including the sides). The steak at Ohmuehle was undoubtedly the tenderest steak I've ever eaten, cooked for perfection and had amazing taste. It was really an amazing culinary experience and the service was excellent!

That was our first (and last) visit here. Restaurant: Although immediately placed, it took forever to get a drink order. Once the food was served, waiters never saw again!! It's hard to drink. My prawn dish with wollg vegetables was really delicious, but my husband 's Cordon Blue was just fine. The outdoor chairs are not good quality and the chair of my husband broke together and left him flat on the floor. Fortunately, a gentleman helped him from another table to come back to his feet, but the other pair we were with had to go inside to get the attention of everyone who worked there. When someone came out, she just said it was good for you despite his **** elbow. Didn't apologize for the chair that works together or offers any help. I am quite susceptible to writing only good reviews because I think too few people will take the time to complain, but rarely take the time to praise. This is a rare occasion for me; we were not impressed at all. Oh, and BTW, much more expensive than the evening before the restaurant in Ramstein-Miesenbach had excellent food and service!!! We weren't in the hotel, so my rating is just over the restaurant!
