Ich habe das folgende Menü bestellt: Spargelcremesuppe und Spargelsalat, gebratener Saibling auf Risotto, Panna Cotta mit Ananasscheiben und Mascarponeeis. Die Spargelcremesuppe war wie erwartet, aber der Spargelsalat fehlte es an Geschmack. Der gebratene Saibling und das Risotto waren in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes. Das Dessert sah gut aus, aber auch hier fehlte es an Geschmack. Insgesamt war es ein Versuch, ein festliches Essen zu servieren, jedoch hat das Ergebnis nicht überzeugt. Das Ambiente war zweckmäßig und entsprach dem eines typischen Tagungshotels. Es fehlte an einer festlichen Atmosphäre. Die Tischdekoration war unangemessen, die Plastikblumen entsprachen nicht dem Anlass. Die Belüftung war schlecht. Die Sauberkeit im Restaurant war in Ordnung. Die Toiletten waren sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Die Toiletten waren in sehr gutem Zustand, mit einer überdurchschnittlichen Ausstattung und sehr sauber.
