Mcdonald's - Lancaster

Hot, fresh, delicious. one of the best mcdonald’s I was in the country. a little fight around, but eat quickly.

This restaurant was really awful. The trash cans were overflowing and the bathroom was smelly. I wasn't expecting a fancy 5-star experience when I stopped in for a burger and fries, but at least I wanted a clean and tidy restaurant. The food was just okay, similar to McDonald's. Update: as of 02/21/2022, the restaurant has improved significantly and is now much cleaner and tidier.

A dirty and neglected McDonald's with slow service. It's best to steer clear if you can.

Today, we decided to go through the drive-thru at this restaurant. The woman working at the intercom was not very friendly and seemed to be in a hurry to take my order. She also kept saying hello repeatedly. Unfortunately, when we checked our daughter's happy meal, we noticed that the chicken nuggets were missing. However, the manager quickly resolved the issue when I went inside to inform them, which I appreciated. Overall, I can't fault their prompt response in fixing the mistake.

The food was served cold, but I didn't bother to complain as it seemed like the restaurant was already having a tough time. I ordered their new "hat trick" dish, but received 2 beef patties instead of the promised three. It seems like the staff didn't fully grasp the concept of the new menu items or the football references.
