Fusions Kitchens - Lancaster

My daughter and I had a great meal at this restaurant while staying at the hotel for a few nights. We were impressed by the appearance of the burgers and found them to be excellent. The portions were large, but they were the best burgers I have had in a long time. The staff provided excellent service. I highly recommend the food here.

A great place to pass a wet day with great coffee and cakes or food. Staff are bright, friendly and welcoming and you feel welcome here. A great mix of customers and child friendly also.

Stunning! Chef knows what people want and it’s served well and with quality ingredients. Dirty fries are amazing, burgers are stunning and the ‘fusion’ of favourite flavours compliment all the dishes...... If you haven’t tried the Sunday Roast, you’re missing a trick.....BEST IN LANCASHIRE!!!!!!

The food was outstanding but the service let it down. Our customer experience wasn’t the best. The staff just need some training and better management. The waitress wasn’t sure what she was serving so one meal went back to the kitchen twice before we realised what it was and who it was for. Would go again for the food as you couldn’t fault it. Compliments to the chef!

Visited at lunchtime, lots of Asian students, very much a cafe style restaurant. Ordered the set menu for 2, it was delicious the waitress Lee explained all the religious connections with the different dishes. We have eaten Chinese food for years and no one has ever explained the connection of certain ingredients to the culture of the country. Massive portions, we couldn’t eat it all. Will definitely go back with our family.
